Give Keyboard shortcuts to your installed apps. In windows 7 You can assign individual keyboard
shortcuts to each and every individual application software installed in
your system. To do it just right click on the shortcut icon of the
software and click on properties:-
Just click on the short cut key and type a character on the keyboard which
u like to assign as shortcut, Alt+ctrl will be given as default and u can
select the third key by pressing it on keyboard.
Where is the toolbar that contain file, edit, view, tools etc. in my
computer?
Missing the old tool bar that contain file, edit, tools menu??
Don’t worry its still there in windows 7.
Wonder where it is?
Just open my computer.
Now just press on alt key

Hurray here we got the same old sweet toolbarJ.
Don’t like the icon view of minimized windows in taskbar?
If
you don’t like the default icon view of minimized windows on task bar then
you can change it back to detailed view.
Right clik on taskbar->
Click on properties
Now in taskbar buttons select never combine and click apply ..
And there you go ..
Enable the Quick launch toolbar in windows 7
Unlike Windows XP and in Vista the quick launch toolbar is missing in
windows 7.
But you can still create it using the following simple trick.
Right click the taskbar, go to Toolbar ->select New Toolbar
Now copy paste(with out quotes””) the following in the folder box:-
“%UserProfile%\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Quick Launch”
Now click Select Folder.
To make it look like it would in Windows Vista, right click the taskbar,
uncheck “Lock the Taskbar”
Then right click the divider and uncheck “Show Title” and “Show Text”.
Then right click the taskbar and check “Show Small Icons”.
That’s all and you are done

Pinup your favorite folder/software icon to the taskbar.
Windows 7 allows you to “pinup” the folder/applications; you use most, on
your taskbar.
Simply press and hold your mouse over the favorite folder and drag it onto
the taskbar.
Windows 7 automatically pins itself to the Explorer Jump List (in case of
folder).
To
open the folder, right click on the Explorer icon and select the folder
you want.
No
to unpin just click on unpin icon found before it.
In
case of application it will be pinned to taskbar.
To
remove just right click and select unpin.
